Culinary Flavors of Asia

Date: October 6th, 2010 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Location: Viking School of Culinary Arts

Cost:  FREE for members  | $10 for non-members & guests

Chefs from local restaurants will be serving up their best off-menu dishes in a cooking competition. 

Attendees will be able to sample great Asian cuisine from around the world and then vote on your favorite.  The “people’s choice” will receive an award crafted by O.C. Tanner.   It should be a fun casual evening with delicious food!

Directions

The Viking School of Culinary Arts is located at 2233 South 300 East. Parking is available in front of the Viking School and along the street on 300 East. Attendees may also park in the LDS Church lot half a block south of Viking School.
